FAQs
How much does ParkMate+ cost?
ParkMate+ costs $10 a month and is billed as soon as you start your membership, you’ll then be billed every month on the same date.
Are all car parks included?
Some locations are excluded from the 10% parking discount. You can view the excluded car parks in the app.
What parking is eligible for the 10% discount?
Most everyday parking products are included from ‘Casual’, ‘All day’, ‘Nights’, ‘Weekends’, ‘7 Days’ and ‘4 Weeks’. In addition, Prepaid bundles are also included.
Subscriptions are not included.
Why are some sites excluded from the ParkMate+ 10% discount?
At certain sites we are unable to offer any form of discount or promotion, this is in accordance with our agreement with the landlord or site manager.
Do I still get charged service fees at excluded sites?
No. ParkMate+ members receive $0 service fees across all sites.
Do prepaid bundles expire?
As long as you’re a ParkMate+ member your prepaid bundles won’t expire. If you end your membership, then the standard expiry will apply.
How do I cancel my membership
You can cancel at anytime through the ParkMate app. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
What happens if my payment fails?
We’ll notify you in-app or by email immediately. Your membership benefits will be suspended until you complete your payment.
