Prepaid Bundles

Formely known as ‘Multi-passes’, a Prepaid Bundle allows you to pre-purchase multiple sessions in advance at a discounted rate. These provide great flexibility for customers who don’t need to park every day. You can purchase a Prepaid Bundle for a specific car park that you use regularly.

Save more with ‘Auto-renew’ turned on, to save an extra 5% on your Prepaid Bundle. Scroll down to learn how to purchase and use a Prepaid Bundle.

How to purchase a Prepaid Bundle for a car park:

Step 1

From the Home screen, tap the 'Map' icon on the right side of the search bar.
Step 2

From the Map screen, tap the 'Filter' button, and select 'Prepaid Bundles'. This will show all the car parks that have Prepaid Bundles available for them. Tap on a car park pin on a map to select that car park.
Step 3

Tap the arrow in the 'Discover Prepaid Bundles' section to view the Prepaid Bundles available for this car park.
Step 4

Select a Prepaid Bundle you would like to purchase. Tap the 'Continue with Selection' button to proceed. The bundle can only be used for the selected parking product e.g. 'Earlybird', or 'Nights' at this car park.
Step 5

Review the details of this Prepaid Bundle. If you would like to use this Prepaid Bundle recurringly, turn on 'auto-renew'. This will add a further 5% discount!
Step 6

Select the payment method you would like to purchase this Prepaid bundle with, then tap 'Confirm Purchase' to proceed.
Step 7

Your Prepaid Bundle has been been purchased.
Please Note

If you turned on 'Auto-renew', please note the date that it will renew.

You can now select this purchased bundle in the 'Payment method' section when parking with this prepaid product at this car park.

Regional Prepaid Bundle

Step 1

Select the 'Account' menu from the top right of the Home Screen.
Step 2

Select 'Prepaid Bundles' from the list.
Step 3

Tap 'Find regional'.
Step 4

Select a regional Prepaid Bundle from the list.
Step 4-1

At the top of the screen you can tap to view the car parks that are either included or ecluded from this regional Prepaid Bundle.
Step 5

Select a Predpaid Bundle.
Step 6

Review the details of this regional Prepaid Bundle. If you would like to use this Prepaid Bundle recurringly, turn on 'auto-renew'. This will add a further 5% discount!
Step 7

Select the payment method you would like to purchase this Prepaid bundle with, then tap 'Confirm Purchase' to proceed.
Step 8

Your Prepaid Bundle has been been purchased.

Please note,if you turned on 'Auto-renew', please note the date that it will renew.
You can now select this purchased bundle in the 'Payment method' section when parking with this prepaid product at any of the car parks included in this bundle.

How to use a Prepaid Bundle:

Step 1

Select a car park and session type that you have purchased a Prepaid Bundle for and proceed to this screen. Tap on 'Payment method' at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2

Select the applicable Prepaid Bundle, and return to the previous screen.

Only Prepaid Bundle that are applicable for this car park/session will be displayed.

E.g. If you purchased an 'Earlybird' Prepaid Bundle for this car park, you can only use it for 'Earlybird' prepaid parking sessions.
Step 3

You should now see the Prepaid Bundle is being used as the payment method. Select the licence plate you wish to park with and tap 'Confirm and start parking' to proceed.
Step 4

You have another opportunity to update your licence plate for this session if needed. Otherwise tap 'Start parking' to begin your session.
Step 5

Your session will start and one of your Prepaid Bundle sessions will be used. You can see this in the 'Payment Method' section.

You can view and manage your purchased Prepaid Bundles from the 'Account' menu, accessible from the Home Screen.

Subscriptions

ParkMate Subscriptions provide long term parking over an extended period of time. If you are a regular parker at a car park, save the time and the hassle of starting a new session everyday by subscribing to the car park instead.

Purchasing a Subscription from the Subscription screen:

A subscription does not guarantee a parking spot at the car park, but offers you the flexibility of parking around the clock.

How to cancel Auto-renew

Follow the steps outlined below to disable and cancel Auto-renew for your selected Subscriptions and Prepaid Bundle. Please see the Important Information section below regarding cancelling/disabling Auto-renew for additional information.

Step 1

Navigate to the Subscription or Prepaid Bundle menu. Select ‘Your Subscriptions’, or 'Your Prepaid Bundles'.
Step 2

Tap the 'Auto-renew' toggle to disable and cancel it.
Step 3

Tap 'Confirm cancellation' to cancel auto-renew for your Subscription or Prepaid Bundle.

Please note: Cancelling a Subscription or Prepaid Bundle Auto-renew before the first renewal with automatically charge you the initial 5% discount.
Step 4

Select 'Confirm Purchase' to disable the Auto-renew function, and pay back the 5% discount.
Auto-renew on your selected Subscription or Prepaid Bundle will now be disabled.

Important Information

*If you purchase a ‘Prepaid Bundle’ or ‘Subscription’ with ‘Auto-renew’ turned on, and cancel it before the first time it renews, you must pay back the 5% discount that was received upon its purchase.
If you cancel the ‘Prepaid Bundle’ or ‘Subscription’ any time after the first time it renews, you do not have to pay back the 5% discount.
If you purchase a ‘Prepaid Bundle’ or ‘Subscription’ without turning on ‘Auto-renew’ at the point of purchase and turn it on later before it expires, the discount will only apply for the next ‘Prepaid Bundle’ or ‘Subscription’ period.
If a site closes or its rate changes, any auto-renewing Subscriptions will be turned off.
Prepaid Bundle and Subscriptions are not available at all sites.
