How to use a Promo code
- Simply add the code to your ParkMate account to redeem.
- When starting your parking session, make sure you select and apply the promo code before hitting ‘Confirm and start parking’ on your session. For instructions on how to use a promo code, click the link below.

Terms and Conditions
Each promotional offer may have unique conditions and exclusions applicable to it. Barrier arm carparks, non Wilson sites and private / staff carpark sites are typically excluded from promotional offers. Please ensure you review these conditions in the ParkMate app once you add them to your profile to review. All offers are subject to change. It is the end users responsibility to ensure the promo code is applied to the parking session correctly. Refunds will not be processed for instances where users have not applied a promo code or confirmed its eligibility to use it for a parking session. $0.50 Electronic transaction fee applies.
