Transaction History
Keep track of your receipts and view previous transactions right from the app.
One of the perks when using ParkMate is that you automatically get an email invoice sent to you once your payment processes. This means you can say goodbye to that frantic search through your car for an old receipt. Not only that but you can also look back at previous transactions and resend old invoices to your email.
Viewing Previous Transactions
- Go to Settings (three horizonal lines in top left of home screen)
- Select Transaction history
You can view more info about each transaction by clicking the arrow next to the transaction you are looking at.
Click the blue ‘Receipt’ button to view a full receipt or to email yourself another copy.
Re-sending Invoices
- Once in Transaction History, click ‘Select Multiple’ (in top right corner)
- Tick the boxes of the transactions you want to resend
- Click the blue ‘Email receipts’ button at the bottom of the screen.
