How to use a Promo Code:

  1. Sign in to ParkMate
  2. Select your car park
  3. Select casual parking
  4. Type in the promo code or select if previously added
  5. Select ‘Confirm & Start Parking’
  6. Stop parking when you leave the car park

The promo code will ONLY work for the Casual button (start/stop parking). This is the first parking product option for most car parks.

It is valid to be used for discount on ‘Casual Start-Stop’ parking sessions only, between 10am and 4pm, Monday – Sunday. Valid from Saturday 28th September until Sunday 13th October 2024 only. Valid for most Wilson Parking car parks. Exclusions apply. See the above list to view the car parks excluded from this promotion. Promo code will only work on the casual parking option (start/stop timer). Refunds are not available for user error and reimbursement cannot be made against a promo code. If you wish to continue parking after the expiry you will need to start a new parking session. It is the responsibility of the user to start a new session to avoid receiving a breach notice. Barrier arm car parks are not included in this promotion. ParkMate is not liable to refund parking sessions started at car parks not included in the promotion. It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions and Exclusions before using the promo code. Promo code must be selected on your parking session for the discount to apply. Offer is subject to change.

*Terms and Conditions – Prize Draw

Eligibility: The $200 Prezzy Card Prize Draw (“the Draw”) is open to all users of the ParkMate mobile application who make transactions through the app during the specified promotional period.

Promotional Period: The Draw will run for two weeks, starting from 6am on 28th September and ending at midnight on 13th October.

Entry Requirements: To participate in the Draw, users must complete transactions using the ParkMate mobile application during the Promotional Period, using the promotion code ‘SCHOOL’. Each transaction completed during the promotional period counts as one (1) entry into the draw.

Prizes: One (1) $200 Visa Prezzy Card.

Draw Mechanics: Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on Wednesday 16th October.

Winner Notification: Winner will be notified via the contact information provided on their ParkMate account. They must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stipulated time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Redemption: The distribution of the prize will be handled by ParkMate. The prize will be sent to the winner via their mailing address.

Publicity: By participating in the Draw, the winner consents to the use of their name(s) and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Draw without further compensation.

General Conditions: ParkMate reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues that may compromise the integrity of the promotion.
