How to use a Promo Code
- Turn on ‘Licence Plate Recognition’ (LPR) for your licence plate in the ParkMate app.
- Drive up to the barrier arm.
- LPR cameras will auto start a ‘Casual’ session and lift the barrier arm.
- Add the promo code ‘QUEEN’ to your started session, after parking your vehicle.
Terms & Conditions
Offer available at WP46 – Queens Wharf Car Park, Promo code valid for registered ParkMate app users for the ‘Casual’ parking product. Not available with products such as Long Term products, Multi-pass or Subscriptions. Promo code must be applied manually once a session has automatically started at the barrier. Refunds are not available for user error, forgetting to add the promo code to a purchase, starting a session at an excluded car park, or selecting the wrong product.
