Multi-pass
A Multi-pass allows you to pre-purchase multiple sessions in advance at a discounted rate. These provide great flexibility for customers who don’t need to park every day. You can purchase a Multi-pass for a specific car park that you use regularly.

Subscriptions
ParkMate Subscriptions provide long term parking over an extended period of time. If you are a regular parker at a car park, save the time and the hassle of starting a new session everyday by subscribing to the car park instead.

Purchasing a Subscription from the Subscription screen:
A subscription does not guarantee a parking spot at the car park, but offers you the flexibility of parking around the clock.
How to cancel Auto-renew
Follow the steps outlined below to disable and cancel Auto-renew for your selected Subscriptions and Multi-passes. Please see the Important Information section below regarding cancelling/disabling Auto-renew for additional information.
Important Information
- *If you purchase a ‘Multi-pass’ or ‘Subscription’ with ‘Auto-renew’ turned on, and cancel it before the first time it renews, you must pay back the 5% discount that was received upon its purchase.
- If you cancel the ‘Multi-pass’ or ‘Subscription’ any time after the first time it renews, you do not have to pay back the 5% discount.
- If you purchase a ‘Multi-pass’ or ‘Subscription’ without turning on ‘Auto-renew’ at the point of purchase and turn it on later before it expires, the discount will only apply for the next ‘Multi-pass’ or ‘Subscription’ period.
- If a site closes or its rate changes, any auto-renewing Subscriptions will be turned off.
- Multi-pass and Subscriptions are not available at all sites.
