How to use the promo code

1. Download ParkMate

Download the ParkMate app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App store at the link below. Sign up if you are a new user or login if you have an existing ParkMate account.

2. Add the promo code to your account

Step 1

Select the 'Account' button from the top right of the Home Screen.
Step 2

Select the 'Promo codes' tab.
Step 3

Select 'Add promo code' at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4

Type in the Promo code "HNZSTAFF" and/or "HNZSTAFFA".
Step 5

Once you have typed in the code tap 'Done'.

Step 6

Tap the 'Return' button at the top left of the screen to save the code. Return to the Home Screen.

3. Apply the promo code to a session

Step 1

Select the 'Map' icon on the right side of the search bar.
Step 2

a. Use the map to find a car park where you want to park. Tap on a black or blue car park pin to select that car park.

or

b. Tap in the search bar to search for an address or car park, and select a car park from the list.
Step 3

Tap on 'Edit' in the promo code section and select the promo code 'HNZSTAFF' or 'HNZSTAFFA' that you added earlier.
Step 4

Once you have added the promo code, swipe left or right in the products section to find either the 'Night' or 'Weekend' parking product.

Greyed out parking products are not available at that time.
Step 5

Make sure, all the parking details are correct. Select your licence plate, and preferred payment method for this parking session, and press 'Confirm and start parking' at the bottom of the screen.
Step 6

Press 'Start parking' on the pop-up to begin your parking session.
