How to use your Cyber Monday bundle credit
Please note: this webpage only applies to those who purchased the credit bundle as part of the Cyber Monday sale.
Purchased credit is valid from 12pm Thursday 30th November 2023 until midnight Thursday 29th February 2024.
How to use your credit promo code:
Step 1
Select your car park and choose your parking product.
Step 2
Tap ‘Edit’ in the promo code section.
Step 3
Select your Cyber Monday credit promo code.
Step 4
Tap ‘Confirm and start parking’ to start your session and apply your credit.
Remember to stop your parking if you started a casual parking session.

Purchased credit will be issued to relevant ParkMate accounts in the form of a promo code. Promo code is only valid for your account. It is not transferable to third parties’ vehicles or accounts. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is non refundable. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, or promo code. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they use the promo code on sessions where it is applicable and no refunds will be given if a user has forgotten to apply the promo code. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure any session is stopped. Credit is valid at most Wilson Parking car parks on ParkMate. Exclusions apply. Please see above exclusions lists for car parks that are not included in this promotion. Barrier arm car parks are not included in this promotion. Host Park sites and Smales Farm are also not included as they are not Wilson Parking car parks. You cannot use credit to purchase other bundle offers. The promo code cannot be entered for sessions at the excluded car parks. Promo Code must be selected before clicking ‘Confirm and Start Parking’ for the discount to apply. Depending on your purchase, you may have more than one credit promo code, only one code can be used at one time. Credit expires midnight 29th February 2024.
