Terms and Conditions – Prize Draw

  1. Eligibility: The ParkMate 10th Birthday Daily Prize Draw (“the Draw”) is open to all users of the ParkMate mobile application who make transactions through the app during the specified promotional period.
  2. Promotional Period: The Draw will run for seven consecutive days, starting from 6am on 4th December and ending at midnight on 10th December. Each day within this period constitutes a separate draw.
  3. Entry Requirements: To participate in the Draw, users must complete transactions using the ParkMate mobile application during the Promotional Period. Each transaction completed during the promotional period counts as one (1) entry into the respective day’s draw.
  4. Prizes: The daily prizes are as follows:
    • Seven (7) $50 fuel vouchers, 1 awarded Monday-Sunday
    • Five (5) $100 Prezzy Cards, 1 awarded Monday-Friday
    • Five (5) $100 supermarket vouchers, 1 awarded Monday-Friday
    • Ten (10) transaction refunds awarded per day, 10 transactions refunded per day,
    • Ten (10) $10 ParkMate credit spot prizes per day, 10 awards per day,
    • ParkMate merchandise (sunglasses, phone holders, water bottles) 10 per day,
    • One (1) grand prize of $500 ParkMate credit drawn once, at the end of the Draw.
  5. Draw Mechanics: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries for each prize category. The draw will take place the next working day following each entry period.
  6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their ParkMate account. They must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stipulated time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
  7. Prize Redemption: The distribution of prizes will be handled by ParkMate. Fuel vouchers, Prezzy Cards, supermarket vouchers, and transaction refunds will be sent to winners via their registered email, mailing address, or directly credited to their ParkMate account. ParkMate credit prizes will be applied to the respective winner’s account balance via promo code.
  8. Publicity: By participating in the Draw, winners consent to the use of their names and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Draw without further compensation.
  9. General Conditions: ParkMate reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues that may compromise the integrity of the promotion.
  10. Legal Compliance: This Draw is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. This Draw is in no way shape or form affiliated, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta. By entering the Draw, participants fully release and hold Meta from any harm or liability.

*Terms and Conditions – ParkMate Credit

Purchased credit will be issued to relevant ParkMate accounts in the form of a promo code. Promo code is only valid for your account. It is not transferable to third parties’ vehicles or accounts. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It is non refundable. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, or promo code. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they use the promo code on sessions where it is applicable and no refunds will be given if a user has forgotten to apply the promo code. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure any session is stopped. Credit is valid at most Wilson Parking car parks on ParkMate. Exclusions apply. Please see below exclusions lists for car parks that are not included in this promotion. Barrier arm car parks are not included in this promotion. Host Park sites are also not included. The promo code cannot be entered for sessions at the excluded car parks. Promo Code must be selected before clicking ‘Confirm and Start Parking’ for the discount to apply. $10 ParkMate credit expires 14 days from the time it is added to your account at midnight of the 14th day. $500 ParkMate credit expires midnight 29th February 2024.
