How to purchase:
  1. On the home screen click SELECT YOUR CARPARK
  2. Click List and scroll down to REGIONS
  3. Choose Bundles (at the bottom of the Regions list)
  4. Select your relevant Bundle (you can view pricing and information at this point)
  5. Click Start Pre-purchase Bundle Offer
  6. Hit ‘Confirm & Start Parking’

IMPORTANT 

Once confirmed, a session will run for one minute on your account and your invoice will show the expiry as one minute after purchase. Please ignore this, it is just related to your pre-purchase. The bundle will be valid from 12am 8th May 2021.

You will receive a confirmation email on Friday 7th May once the bundle promo code has been attached to your account.

How to use the Promo Code:
  1. Sign in to ParkMate
  2. Select your car park
  3. Tap the ‘Select Promotional Code For This Session’ at the bottom of the page
  4. Select the promo code and go back
  5. Select the blue or green button
  6. Hit ‘Confirm & Start Parking’

Promotion starts 12am May 8th 2021. Bundles are limited to availability and cannot be purchased after cut off time of 2pm Friday 7th May 2021. ParkMate is not liable to refund for parking attempts prior to this date. Any breach notice queries must be taken up with Parking Enforcement Services directly. The bundle promo code is only valid for your account, and for your registration number. It is not transferable to third parties’ vehicles or accounts. Promo code is only valid on weekends during May 2021 at Wilson Parking car park available on ParkMate. Exclusions apply. Please see above exclusions lists for car parks that are not included in this promotion. Please note that Smales Farm, Mission Bay The Promenade, LynnMall Staff Parking and Northwest Staff Parking are not Wilson Parking car parks so are also excluded from this promotion. Barrier arm car parks are not included in this promotion. Host Park sites are also not included. The promo code can’t be entered for sessions at the excluded car parks. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they use the promo code on sessions where it is applicable and no refunds will be given if a user has forgotten to apply the promo code. Promo Code must be selected before clicking ‘Confirm and Start Parking’ for the discount to apply. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure any session is stopped in due course in order to stop any further charges applying to the session beyond the free period.
